I've been seeing this in groups and I'm concerned a bit ?

Something about a "new look" and moving /migrating to a new group or something

I thought it was concerning and I was heavily confused? Can I get an explanation please?

Hello Group,  

There is a user here trying to Profit off Stolen images. User WickedGothicKitten is trying to sell this "Adoptable" which she claims is an original creation.

This image is a recolor of another artist's work. 

Akane Jimi Dahlia (Reference).

If you compare the two images side by side, you can clearly see WickedGothicKitten traces her "Adoptable" recolored it and then just edited out one of the bangs. 

Same Hairstyle, Same outfit, just recolored. 

This user has a History of lying, stealing, manipulating and cyberbullying people in multiple fandoms and should be banned from this group. Here are multiple journals outlining her history of theft and recoloring.
